Show Highlights & Big Takeaways

1. The “Daily Highlight”

Each morning, we health coaches must know what our day looks like and all that we must accomplish that has been previously scheduled. This is not the time to add more items, but instead to ensure we move smoothly from task to task.

2. Time-Blocking

It’s far better to work on a task and complete it than to jump back and forth from item to item. By setting up 15 to 30-minute time blocks you will be able to accomplish more without trying to multi-task all throughout the day.

3. Health-Tech Automations

Health coaches and practitioners must use emerging technology to our advantage. If you can send automated email, zoom, invoice, and other templated notifications to your clients without having to re-write them each time this will end up saving you hours per week.
