244: Overcoming the Imposter Syndrome

One of the biggest obstacles that most coaches face is not a lack of education –

It’s not too few certifications.

And it has nothing to do with their knowledge base…

But instead it has everything to do with their confidence and a fear between their ears that holds them back from fulfilling their potential.

That’s why on today’s Integrative #HealthCoachSuccess episode 244 I’d like to share with you how to overcome the imposter syndrome and start working with more clients and showing up in bigger ways – Enjoy the show and let us know what you thought!

Show Highlights & Big Takeaways

1. Self Doubt

Feeling Self doubt is normal. We all experience that whenever we are trying something new. Don’t let that hold you back since it’s inevitable in any new venture worth while.

2. Feeling Fear

The feeling of fear is there to keep you safe. Since you’re venturing into unchartered territory for yourself your mind will share all the different reasons why you shouldn’t do it. Feel the fear, breathe it out, and do it anyway. It gets easier.

3. Focus on Your Why

Don’t let self doubt, the imposter syndrome, or fear stop you from helping those you were meant to serve. It would be a shame that those people never got to connect with you and learn from you because of your unwillingness to focus on them instead of you. They need you – go out there and serve.
