248: Creating a Thriving Solo Practice (Without Ever Building a Team)

Not every health coach wants to build a big team or take on a lot of overhead…

To be honest, I would say that most don’t want that, nor should they put that type of pressure on themselves unless they truly have that calling.

But, if you’re a solopreneur how can you continue to increase your earning potential and career outlook if you are not looking to expand?

The good news is that there is an easy answer and on today’s Integrative #HealthCoachSuccess episode 248 I’d like to share with you how to create a thriving practice without ever building a team – Enjoy the show and let us know what you thought!

Show Highlights & Big Takeaways

1. Start Small

The goal should be to begin to hone in on your craft and then slowly increase your client load as you feel comfortable.

2. Fill Up Your Schedule

Decide how many days per week and what hours of availability you have, as well as the maximum amount of appointments you could see each week and month.

3. Once You’re Maxed Out

Once you are maxed out and have a strong source of referrals coming in from social media, speaking, or other clients then you can slowly begin to raise your prices each year based on the value you are providing and the limited amount of new clients you can take on.
