If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, LLC may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will insure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

Participant Complaints/Grievances Policy
The purpose of this document is to outline avenues and policies by which participants make or submit a grievance about any aspect of his or her educational experience. A grievance is a claim, a complaint, or an expression of concern made by a participant which may include rules, regulations, procedures, misapplication of certification policies, or unfair treatment by any instructor or employee either in person or online. Below will outline the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute’s procedure in order to resolve any grievances/complaints a participant may have about the policies or procedures which the institution operates under.
In any case in which a grievance/complaint arises, participants should initially discuss the matter with their program director immediately. If the matter cannot be solved through this initial discussion, a participant has the right to appeal in order for the complaint to be submitted to a next level of authority.
Participants have the right to appeal to all matters with respect to:
1. Educational policies, procedures, and grading concerns
2. Tuition and fee matters
3. Admissions decisions
A participant wishing to escalate his or her complaint should follow the steps listed below:
- The first step of any grievance/complaint is to address and resolve the dispute with the person involved through discussion. A participant should bring a grievance/complaint to the attention of the support staff of IHP as soon as possible to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. If the dispute cannot be resolved at this level, participants are encouraged to take the issue to the next level.
- The next step is to address the issue verbally with the program director of Integrative Health Practitioner Institute. If after talking with the program director the dispute cannot be resolved a participant is encouraged to put their grievance/complaint in writing.
- A participant may submit their written grievance/complaint to the director of Integrative Health Practitioner Institute. This written complaint must be submitted within seven calendar days of the incident. This written document should include a description of the disputed items, the date (or dates) when the issue arose, the reason why the participant is grieving the decision and the steps the participant has taken to resolve the dispute to date. The participant should include as much factual evidence as possible when submitting this appeal, such as documentation, receipts, or evidence of extenuating circumstances. The director of Integrative Health Practitioner will oversee the gathering of additional data about the issue or incident as necessary.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through the director of Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, they will forward the written complaint to Dr. Stephen Cabral, who will meet with the participant if requested and/or otherwise assess and develop a resolution to the complaint. A response from Dr. Stephen Cabral will be provided to the participant within 7 calendar days after the written complaint was submitted to [email protected]. The response will be delivered by email or mailing address on record, with acknowledgement of receipt required. All decisions made by the Campus Appeals Committee are final.
- Additional disclosure: IHP reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct we deem appropriate without warning. A refund will not be issued in these cases.
Refund and Cancelation Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with this certification you may request a refund or payment plan cancelation within the first 15 days and before progressing past Level 1, Module 2 (if applicable) for a full, no hassles, 100% money-back guarantee.

As a user, participant, or graduate of the Integrative Health Practitioner Certifications under Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, LLC, you agree that the information provided in this certification is for health education purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. In addition, you agree to provide this statement to any clients that you work with during the IHP certification and/or after graduation unless you hold and are operating under licensure that allows you to operate within a different scope of practice.
As a participant in the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, LLC certifications, the implied understanding is that all content up to and including video lectures, informational slides, podcasts, workshops, handouts, case studies, labs, supplementation, and recommended reading material is provided for health education purposes only.
The intention of health education in the scope of practice as a participant of Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, LLC certifications, is to provide supplement and lab education only and should not be used to prescribe, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physiological or mental disease or disorder.
Graduation Terms
“IHP Graduate Certificates are not issued until the participant is paid in full. For those on certification package Payment Plans, certificates will be received:
- On the Level 1 Payment plan, 100% of payments must be completed to receive your Level 1 Certificate.
- On the Level 1 + Level 2 Package Payment plan, 50% of payments must be completed to receive your Level 1 Certificate, 100% to receive your Level 2 Certificate.
- On the Level 1 + Mastery Payment Plan, 50% of payments must be completed to receive your Level 1 Certificate, 100% to receive your Mastery Certificate.
- On the Level 2 + Mastery Payment Plan, 50% of payments must be completed to receive your Level 2 Certificate, 100% to receive your Mastery Certificate.
- On the Level 1 + Level 2 + Mastery Payment Plan, 35% of payments must be completed to receive your Level 1 Certificate, 70% to receive Level 2 Certificate, and 100% to receive your Mastery Certificate.”
