However, in 2014, Jeffrey reached a pivotal moment in his career. He was grappling with poor health and dissatisfaction with his lifestyle. Despite the demanding nature of the construction industry, he was determined to make a career change and pursue a path towards wellness.

In 2015, Jeffrey embarked on a journey to reclaim his health by joining a Tai-Chi and Qigong program. Guided by a seasoned teacher in traditional Chinese Medicine, Jeffrey experienced a profound transformation as his health improved, shedding ailments and embracing vitality.
Inspired by his own healing, Jeffrey committed himself to aiding others on similar paths. In 2019, he resolved to make a career change and become an IHP.
