We all know we should be setting goals, but how do we know which are the right ones to set as a health coach?

Believe it or not, the goal for 99% of coaches is not to be doing 40 hours of appointments per week – that would lead to burn out and it doesn’t take into account the “off hours” you need to account for…

So on today’s Integrative #HealthCoachSuccess episode 276 I’d like to share with you how to set and achieve your goals with these health coaching milestones – Enjoy the show and let us know what some of the goals are that you’ve set for yourself!

Show Highlights & Big Takeaways

1.Milestone #1

Set a goal to complete 5 hours of health coaching appointments per week. If you are charging a fee commensurate with the value you are provide that meaning you’re already going to be off to a great start and making a good living.

2. 10 Hours Per Week

Once you consistently reach 10 hours per week or 40 hours per month, you have officially made it. This means you now know how to bring in new clients regularly and you’re now earning a great living.

3. 20-25 Hour Per Week

This is typically the absolute maximum that a health coach will work since that number of hours usually leads to a full 40-hour work week considering the scheduling, invoicing, social media, emails, etc. that will come from working with 80-100 hours a month. The trade-off is that you’re helping a lot of people and making an excellent paycheck.
