Are You Charging Too Little & Underselling Yourself?

It’s extremely common that most health practitioners struggle with the thought of raising their rates…

After all they got into this field to help as many people as possible-

And if you raise your rates won’t you be able to work with less people and not be able to have the same reach?

On today’s podcast, we’re going to put that reasoning to the test and actually see if you’re charging a fair rate, or not, and if not, what to do about it…

So tune into today’s Integrative #HealthCoachSuccess episode 364 as we uncover whether or not you are charging too little and underselling yourself and your health coaching services – Enjoy the show and let us know what you thought!

Show Highlights & Big Takeaways

1. Start by Doing a CMA

Start by looking at a comparative market analysis where you uncover what other coaches with your certifications and knowledge are charging for their health coaching services.

2. Don’t Undersell Yourself

If you’ve invested in yourself and you know you can get clients the results they are looking for then you should be charging a fair rate for your services, which includes the time you put in outside of your “official” appointments with them.

3. Raise Rates As You Grow

As you build your client base you can slowly raise your rates for new clients while “grandfathering” in your previous clients for the next 6-12 months. Plus, you can hire another IHP that is just starting out to work with clients that cannot afford your new price. That way everyone wins: The client pays the same price, a new IHP gets a new client, and you earn a percentage of what you charge for that client working with the new IHP and you overseeing it.
