You feel like you've
really ACHIVED
something
“I had the amazing opportunity to attend a roundtable discussion on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. The focus of this discussion was America’s health and nutrition, specifically ending the chronic illness epidemic. The panel was stacked with some of the world’s leading medical professionals.
I have to admit, I was nervous to be in that room, but it didn’t take long for my confidence to bloom and for me to realize how well my IHP education had prepared me to be in this space. I’ve been given the tools to help people get well, and I can only attribute this to my IHP education.
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Cabral, his work, and his team for providing me with such a thorough and comprehensive education. I now have the tools to fully fulfill my purpose of living well and helping others do the same.”

IHPI MOST COMMON FAQs
Explore this page for a thorough collection of frequently asked questions.
Do I need to have a medical degree, any pre-qualifications, or a medical background to become an IHP?
Not at all. While having a healthcare background can be helpful, it is not a requirement.
What are the differences between the different IHP Levels?
Level 1 teaches you to become world-class in helping people with customizing Diet Bio-Individualization, Exercise Programming, Stress Reduction, Toxin Removal, Rest & Resetting the Nervous System, Emotional Balance, Supplement Protocols, and creating a Success Mindset. Level 2 builds upon that knowledge of the DESTRESS Protocol® and provides education on how to read at-home lab tests.
Can you become an Integrative Health Practitioner if you live internationally (outside of the United States)?
Since IHP is an online health coaching certification and not a license to practice medicine, it can be used as health education coaching anywhere in the world. The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) are accreditations that we have that can help you get insurance to practice internationally.
EquiLife supplements and functional medicine labs are available in many countries around the world. Please click here to see if EquiLife is currently able to ship to your country. As an Integrative Health Practitioner, you are not required to use EquiLife products. However, if you are interested in EquiLife products, please know that all purchases are subject to international duties, taxes, and shipping rates.
