How long does it take to appear in the directory once I submit?
All submissions are reviewed by our team before being published. Once approved, listings are updated on a Friday. In most cases you can expect your profile to be live within 3-5 business days of submission.
Is there a cost to be listed?
No. Listing your profile in the IHP Practitioner Directory is completely free for all Certified Integrative Health Practitioners, regardless of certification level. If you are not yet an IHP, you can check out your options at https://ihp.coach/enroll.
What certifications are eligible?
The directory is open to all practitioners who hold a current IHP certification, including IHP Level 1, IHP Level 2, IHP Level 3, HPH, Mastery, and IHP+. If you hold multiple certifications, all will be reflected on your profile.
Can I update my listing after it has been published?
Yes. Use the same form and select "Update my profile" at the start. Describe what needs to change and complete the form with your updated information. Updates go through the same review process and are typically reflected within 3-5 business days.
What if I don't have a professional headshot?
A headshot is not required to submit your profile, though we strongly recommend including one - profiles with a photo are significantly more likely to be viewed by prospective clients.
If you do not have a Google account to share an image link, you can email your photo directly to [email protected] and our team will add it to your profile.
Will my home address or personal contact details be shown publicly?
No. Your full address, email address, and phone number are collected for internal records only and are never displayed in the directory. The only location information shown publicly is your city, state, and country.
I submitted my profile but haven't heard anything - what should I do?
If it has been more than five business days and your profile is not yet live, please email [email protected] with your full name and the email address you used when submitting. Our team will follow up promptly.
What if I have more than one practice or location?
At this time, each practitioner has a single directory listing. If you work across multiple locations or modalities, we recommend including this detail in your bio.
